RITES of PASSAGES experiences
Approach
I use a combination of techniques with the goal of reducing/eliminating habitual trauma reactions, reprograming negative core belief structures, and repairing unhealthy relationships with ourselves and others. Recognizing the interconnection between mind and body, we explore and cultivate a compassionate awareness. Tools in somatic-based mindfulness help bring curiosity towards the parts of ourselves we often avoid, neglect or are unaware of entirely. With heartfelt compassion as our guide, we can build the safety needed to explore new paths of healing.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. “The greatest thing you can do for another being is to provide the unconditional love that comes from making contact with that place in them that is beyond conditions, which is just pure consciousness, pure essence. That is, once we acknowledge each other as existing, just being here, just being, then each of us is free to change optimally. If I can just love you because here we are, then you are free to grow as you need to grow.”
